inspeXio™ SMX™-225CT FPD HR Plus

inspeXio SMX-225CT FPD HR Plus は自社製マイクロフォーカスX線発生装置と大型高解像度フラットパネル検出器を搭載した高性能マイクロフォーカスX線CTシステムです。
広大な検出エリア，最大1,400万画素相当の入力解像度，そして更なる改良を加えた高出力マイクロフォーカスX線発生装置によって，「高出力装置では軟素材のコントラストは得られない」という常識を覆す，広視野・高解像度・高コントラストな断面画像を得ることができます。
また，検出器の解像度向上に合わせて，超高速演算処理システムHPCinspeXioの更なる高速化も実現しています。
研究の進む複合材料（GFRP，CFRTP）から大型アルミダイカスト製品まで，1台であらゆるワークの研究・開発・検査に対応します。

High Resolution CT Image

大型高解像度フラットパネル検出器を搭載。最大1,400万画素相当の入力解像度により，広視野・高解像度を実現しました。

High Contrast CT Image

自社製マイクロフォーカスX線発生装置の改良によりX線線量が大幅にアップ。最新フラットパネル検出器の感度特性を生かし，これまでには無い，高出力と高コントラストイメージの両立を可能にしました。

Easy and Fast CT Scan

オペレータを煩雑な条件設定から解放する新機能「おまかせCT 」に加え，50 倍のスピードアップを実現した超高速演算処理システムHPCinspeXio ver. 3.0を搭載。誰でも簡単に高速なCT撮影を可能にしました。

Principle and Function

システム構成と原理

下図のようにX線発生装置とX線検出器との間に検査対象物（ワーク）を設置します。
360°回転させて，あらゆる角度からのX線透過データを収集して，断面画像を計算します。

MPR表示（任意断面表示）
Multi Planar Reconstruction の略。
複数枚の断面画像を仮想空間上に積み上げて，断面画像／互いに直交する縦断面画像／縦断面画像に直交する任意断面画像を四つ並べて表示します。

VR表示
Volume Rendering の略。
複数枚の断面画像を仮想空間上に積み上げて，立体的に表示します。VR表示には別途，3次元画像処理ソフトウェアが必要です。

特長

大型高解像度フラットパネル検出器を搭載。
最大1,400万画素相当の入力解像度により，広視野・高解像度を実現しました。
High Contrast CT Image

シンチレータは長波長領域の感度特性に優れたヨウ化セシウム（CsI）を採用。
検出器窓材にはカーボン（C）を用いることで低密度材料の撮影が可能になりました。
また，16bitの広ダイナミックレンジにより微小なコントラスト差も表現が可能です。
Easy and Fast CT Scan

直観的なUIを採用
シンプルなボタン配置の新UIを搭載。誰でも直観的な操作が可能です。
オリジナル機能

◆フィラメント長寿命化
フィラメント電流値を自動調整し，フィラメント期待寿命を2.5倍に延ばしました。

今回は非破壊検査機器の一種である、マイクロフォーカスX線CTシステム「inspeXio SMX-225CT FPD HR Plus」を用いて分析します。同装置は、製品や材料の内部構造を3Dで観察、分析、評価することができ、自動車、電子・電機、樹脂、環境、文化財など、さまざまな分野をサポートしています。
