Procedures

Step 1

Remove the cover as described in Installation and Removal of Maintenance Cover .

Step 2-1

For the HS-20 and HS-20 L.T, remove the valve rotor fastening screw (①).
Use pliers if tight.

Step 2-2

For the HS-20 Trap, remove the valve rotor fastening screw.
When replacing both valve rotors, remove the valve rotor fastening screws on both sides (①: valve (left), ②: valve (right)).
Use pliers if tight.

Step 3

Remove the valve rotor ① using tweezers.
The same is true for HS-20 Trap when the valve rotor of valve (right) is also replaced.

Step 4

Prepare a new valve rotor.

Note

The type of valve rotor used varies depending on the type of HS-20.

Step 5

Attach a new valve rotor using tweezers.

Note

Be careful of the orientation when installing. (Analysis cannot be performed if installed in the reverse orientation.)


Step 6

Tighten the fastening screw of the valve rotor by hand.

Step 7

Install the cover as described in Installation and Removal of Maintenance Cover .
