AOC-20s sample vial removed [Error Code:6021]
Cause¶
The following causes are possible.
- Grip was not firm enough. Vial dropped when it was being lifted.
- AOC is set to use the two-dimensional code reader while there is no two-dimensional code reader attached.
Solution¶
Check and perform the following.

Redo the teaching using the vial to be used for actual analysis.
