DET#n STCD. The difference between the detector temperature and the filament temperature is small [Error Code:9100 9101 9102 9103]
Cause¶
The filament cannot be turned ON because the temperature difference between the filament temperature and the SYCD detector temperature is small.
Solution¶
Filament Control Mode: Standard¶
Please adjust the STCD detector temperature to be below the maximum allowable temperature.

Filament Control Mode: Custom¶
Adjust the temperature difference between the filament temperature and the STCD detector temperature to be greater than or equal to the allowable temperature difference.
