DET#n TCD overcurrent detected [Error Code:4101 4102 4103 4104]
Cause¶
Detector current is abnormal.
If the resistance of the filament becomes abnormally high when the TCD is in use, the protection circuit is actuated to prevent damage to the filament.
Solution¶
Turn off the main power of the instrument, and confirm the following items.
- The set value of the current exceeds the maximum operating current.
- The makeup gas is not flowing.
- A gas leak occurs.
- A significant amount of air is present in the flow line.
Remove the cause of the error, then turn on the instrument.
If the error cannot be resolved, turn off the main power of the instrument, stop gas supply, and contact your Shimadzu sales/service representative.
