DAMCn reference set point not reached [Error Code:2276 2277 2278 2279]
Cause¶
The pressure or flow rate may have not reached the set value due to the following reasons.
- The gas supply pressure is insufficient.
- There is a leak at tubing connections.
- The resistance of supply tubing is large (since the tubing connected is long or its inner diameter is small).
Solution¶
- Check that the gas main valve is open.
- Check that the gas supply pressure is within the range below.
- Check that the supply pressure is sufficient for the makeup gas to flow.
- Check that no tubing connections are loose and there is no leak.
- Contact your Shimadzu service representative to check the inner diameter and length.
