DetAPCn air set point not reached [Error Code:2016 2019 2022 2025]

Cause¶

The pressure or flow rate may have not reached the set value due to the following reasons.

• The gas supply pressure is insufficient.
• There is a leak at the pipe connection.
• The resistance of the supply piping is high (the connected piping is long or the inner diameter of the piping is narrow).

Solution¶

• Check that the gas main valve is open.

• Check that the gas supply pressure is within the range below.
  

  

  

• Check that the supply pressure is sufficient for the air gas to flow.
  

  

  

• When using a silica gel container (PN: S201-36688), check that there is no leak from the container.

• Check for any looseness or leaks at the pipe connections.

• Contact your Shimadzu service representative to check the inner diameter and length of used piping.
