xxx MMI cooling control not reached [Error Code:1072 1073]

Cause¶

It is possible that the set temperature has not been reached due to one of the following reasons:

• The refrigerant is depleted or running low
• Refrigerant is leaking from the air-cooled piping or liquid nitrogen piping
• The cooling timeout duration is set too short
• The solenoid valve is malfunctioning

Solution¶

1. Check that the refrigerant level is sufficient.
2. Check that there are no loose or leaking connections in the air-cooled piping and liquid nitrogen piping.
3. Verify that the cooling timeout duration is not set to a short time.

If the issue is not resolved, please turn off the main power of the instrument, stop gas supply, and contact your Shimadzu sales/service representative.
