SCD flow controller#2 was not connected [Error Code:6152]

Cause¶

Connection cannot be established with the flow controller for SCD gas control.

Solution¶

Turn off the main power of the instrument, stop gas supply, and contact your Shimadzu sales/service representative to ask for part replacement.
