SCD H2 solenoid valve has been fixed to ON [Error Code:6142]

Cause¶

The solenoid valve cannot be closed.

Solution¶

Turn off the main power of the instrument, stop gas supply, and contact your Shimadzu sales/service representative to ask for part replacement.
