SCD thermistor temperature exceeds the limit [Error Code:6135]

Cause¶

The thermistor detected abnormal high temperature.

Solution¶

Turn off the main power of the instrument, stop gas supply, and contact your Shimadzu sales/service representative to ask for part replacement.
