SCD ozonier voltage fell below lower limit [Error Code:6123]

Cause¶

The voltage of the ozone generator is lower than the lower limit.

Solution¶

Turn off the main power of the instrument, stop gas supply, and contact your Shimadzu sales/service representative to ask for part replacement.
