SCD ozonier voltage was exceeded upper limit [Error Code:6122]

Cause¶

The voltage of the ozone generator exceeds the upper limit.

Solution¶

Turn off the main power of the instrument, stop gas supply, and contact your Shimadzu sales/service representative to ask for part replacement.
