SCD furnace abs. press fell below lower limit [Error Code:6111]

Cause¶

The pressure of the furnace is low while the gas is flowing.

Solution¶

Turn off the main power of the instrument, stop gas supply, and contact your Shimadzu sales/service representative to ask for part replacement.
