SCD furnace temperature exceeds the limit [Error Code:6104]

Cause¶

The temperature of the furnace exceeds the upper limit of the specification.

Solution¶

Turn off the main power of the instrument, stop gas supply, and contact your Shimadzu sales/service representative to ask for part replacement.
