SCD furnace temperature sensor error [Error Code:6103]

Cause¶

Measurement values on the temperature sensor of the furnace are unstable.

Solution¶

Turn off the main power of the instrument, stop gas supply, and contact your Shimadzu sales/service representative to ask for part replacement.
