AOCm syringe error [Error Code:6002 6024]

Cause¶

The following causes are possible.

• Needle is bent.
• The syringe motor or sensor has a problem.

Solution¶

In case of AOC-30i¶

• Check that the auto injector is mounted correctly and not at an angle.
• If the syringe needle is bent, replace the syringe.

If the error appears even after checking the above, turn off the main power of the instrument, stop gas supply, and contact your Shimadzu sales/service representative.

In case of AOC-20i¶

If the syringe needle is bent, replace the syringe.
If the error appears even after checking the above, turn off the main power of the instrument, stop gas supply, and contact your Shimadzu sales/service representative.
