Cause¶

If this error is displayed when the actual room temperature and air pressure is within the operation range, sensors installed on the instrument may have failed.

Solution¶

Turn off the main power of the instrument, stop gas supply, and contact your Shimadzu sales/service representative to ask for part replacement.
