    超音波疲労試験機はピエゾ素子によって発生した振動振幅を、ホーンで増幅させて試験片に伝えることで、20kHzの加振速度を実現します。大幅に試験サイクルタイムを短縮することだけではなく、ギガザイクルレベルでの疲労破壊の原因となる、高強度鋼材料の内部に存在する微小な欠陥や介在物の発見にも貢献します。

    USF-2000Aは日本溶接協会規格(WES Ⅲ2:2017)に従った試験が可能です。
