Checking Connection of SCD

Procedures¶

Step 1¶

Ensure that the GC and SCD are connected with the connector.

Step 2¶

Ensure that the ozone scrubber is connected to the SCD and vacuum pump.

Step 3¶

Ensure that the cable for the vacuum pump and the power cable for the SCD are connected to the SCD.

Step 4¶

Ensure that the vacuum pump is turned ON.

Step 5¶

Ensure that the plugs of the SCD and GC are connected to power supply.
