TCD signal was out of range [Error Code:4201]

Cause¶

Zero adjustment cannot be performed because the TCD baseline is unstable. The detector controller unit may have failed.

Solution¶

Perform zero adjustment again after the TCD baseline becomes stable.
If it does not work, press HOME button - [Detector] and change to the optimum current value from the screen below.

* If using a packed TCD, please refer to the maintenance help.

When the problem persists after troubleshooting,Turn off the main power of the instrument, stop gas supply, and contact your Shimadzu sales/service representative.
