Flow# press/flow offset value is shifted [Error Code:2338 2339 2340 2341 2342 2343]

Cause¶

The pressure sensor output of the flow controller has greatly changed.

Solution¶

An error may occur on the pressure sensor. Turn off the main power of the instrument, stop gas supply, and contact your Shimadzu sales/service representative.
