DetAPCn ECDG control irregularity [Error Code:2164 2165 2166 2167]
Cause¶
The flow of the flow controller to control the ECD detector gas is unstable.
Solution¶
- Check that the ECD detector gas supply pressure is within the range below.
- Check that the supply pressure is sufficient for the ECD detector gas to flow.
- Check that the gas supply pressure is stable.
- Check that the ECD sweep gas flow is about 5 to 10 mL/min. To check and adjust the sweep gas flow, see " ECD Sweep Gas ".
If the error appears repeatedly even after checking the above, turn off the main power of the instrument, stop gas supply, and contact your Shimadzu sales/service representative.
