アミノ酸分析システム

アミノ酸分析は、食品分野をはじめ天然物や医薬品分野などで重要な位置を占めます。 本システムは、o-フタルアルデヒド(OPA)/N-アセチルシステインを反応試薬とするポストカラム蛍光誘導体化検出法により、夾雑成分が多い試料中のアミノ酸を選択的かつ高感度に定量できます。
