Detector FPD-2010Plus

Maintenance works must only be undertaken after the temperature of each part has been lowered to less than 50 deg.C.
Place any detached items on a clean sheet or tray. Do not lose or contaminate these items.
Undertake the works using the appropriate tools. Any dirt on the tools being used must be wiped off in advance using gauze etc. dipped in acetone.
Do not remove the photomultiplier unit while the system is operating or the FPD is on as this may damage the photomultiplier.

Tweezers

1		The filter assembly for FPD-2010Plus consists of a flter, a lenz and other parts. If you want to replace the filter only, the filter set is available. Since the filter is common to FPD-2010, it is possible to exchange them each other. Insert tweezers in the ditch of the filter holder, then remove the o-ring.
2		The filter assembly consists of a flter holder, a lenz, a filter and a o-ring. Filter holder : 221-73354-91 (set of a filter holder, a lenz and two types of o-rings) Lenz : 221-73354-10 (set of a lenz and a o-ring for inside the filter)
3		Since the filters are common to FPD-2010, it is possible to exchange them. (Each filter set consists of a filter and a o-ring for inside the filter)
4		Place the lenz (convex side down) and the filter (colored side down) in the filter holder, then attach it with the o-ring.
