Post-column pH Buffered Electric Conductivity Detection of Organic Acids with Ultra High Performance Liquid Chromatography.  In this study, we applied the post-column pH buffered electric conductivity detection to reversed phase UHPLC for the high speed analysis of organic acids.
 Under the optimized conditions, major organic acids could be separated in about 5 min, with good resolution. LOD of formic acid was 16.8 pmol. Linearity and repeatability of peak area were quite good.

Ultra Low Level Determination of Bisphenol A and Poly Aromatic Hydrocarbons in River Water Using Column-Switching HPLC with Fluorescence Detection  We have introduced multi-valve column switching HPLC system with a specially designed pretreatment column.
Fluorescence detection and column switching HPLC afforded cost-effective, reliable and highly sensitive HPLC methods.
 Dilution device provided good recovery and reliable repeatability for simultaneous analyses of Poly aromatic hydrocarbons.
 Column clogging problem has been solved by washing remained water sample in pretreatment column with clean solvent.

Simplified Measurement of Partition Coefficient by Means of the Pretreatment Function in the Auto-sampler  We demonstrate the applicability of the developed method for determination of partition coefficient by the automated injection from the water or octanol phase separately using the auto-sampler. The results indicate that the LogPow was correctly obtained with reliability and high throughput determination. 131kB
